T.I.'s Paper Trail Album Cover

I've never had much reason to make an AiMT post for the sole purpose of exhibiting an image (unless, of course, you count our FEELINS IS LIKE BOOTYHOLES section). Seriously though, this Paper Trail cover is just about the trillest. Click it to enlarge.
It borrows from notions of photo mosaics but uses torn bits of paper rather than tiny photos. I wonder if it's handmade.
