La Roux Tracks and Tour Dates

With only a few surfaced tracks to her name, UK newcomer La Roux is quickly amassing a sizable fan base. Her exquisite sneak-attack single, "Quicksand," dropped last month and forced many-a-blogger to make an important last-minute adjustment to his/her end-of-year list.
She's well on her way to becoming the new over-blogged-about female artist around these parts (à la M.I.A. and Róisín). If only we knew more about her. There are a few interviews floating around but none are particularly engaging or informative. But luckily, we've managed to dig up the following information:
She'll tour with Lily Allen in March (UK dates only). Her next single should drop early next month. And her album on Polydor should see a June release. (Of course, there's plenty of time between now and June for delays and setbacks, so we'll take that date with a grain of salt.)

I hadn't really given La Roux a proper listen untill today but her songs have really started to stick to me. Quicksand is rad as mann I like the beat too it.
La Roux is the orgasm, never mind the sex...i actually love Quick sand...can't stop listening to it...the video's hott too =)

must admitt just came across her music and i've got her songs on repeat, my favourite two are "quicksand" and what i believe to be her forthcoming single "in for the kill" very very catchy, love it. i personally hope to hear lots more of her in the future.

La Roux is really good, she definately deserved her spot in the BBC Top Sounds :) can't wait to hear more from her!
La Roux provides clean, catchy, grown up synth-pop for the new year. i remember hearing her on annie mac's show last year and grabbing for a piece of paper to write her name down. Wicked sound looking forward to seeing her this year.
