It's been three months or so since my last big La Roux post. In the interim, Elly's been gigging her lickle red head off. Such gigging has included a few North American dates as well as a live cover performance of Blondie's "Call Me" with Franz Ferdinand at the Shockwaves NME Awards.
In other news, her self-titled album now has a release date (June 29) and a newly leaked tracklisting.
These tracks surfaced within the past few days/weeks. I opted to make this a rare stream-only post simply because I've already given away a chunk of La Roux's album. So if you want MP3s, you'll have to find them elsewhere or—<sarcasm>God forbid</sarcasm>—buy them

Response: ferrostaticI'm struck by the insidious, computer-driven tendency to take things out of the domain of muscular activity and put them into the domain of mental activity. The transfer is not paying off. Sure, muscles are unreliable, but they represent several million years of accumulated finesse. -
